ContainerPort Group Named Among Top Companies for Women in Transportation

We’re proud to announce that ContainerPort Group (CPG) has been named one of the “Top Companies for Women to Work in Transportation” by the Women in Trucking Association (WIT). Featured in WIT’s official publication, Redefining the Road, this recognition highlights companies that support gender diversity and create welcoming, supportive environments for women in the trucking and transportation industry.

From our HQ team and terminal staff to our independent contractors on the road, we’re united in creating an environment where every team member feels valued and supported. This recognition reflects our shared commitment to fostering diversity, inclusion, and support for women across the organization.

The award, launched in 2018, reflects WIT’s mission to promote the employment and advancement of women in transportation. To be included on this list, companies must demonstrate excellence in several areas, including:

    • Commitment to Gender Diversity
    • Competitive Compensation and Benefits
    • Professional Development
    • Workplace Flexibility

"Companies named to this prestigious list must demonstrate corporate attributes that are essential to any successful enterprise committed to gender diversity as part of their corporate strategy," said Brian Everett, publisher of Redefining the Road. This year’s selection included a record 31,000 votes from industry professionals, highlighting the significance of the award within the transportation community.

Being part of this list places CPG among a group of leading organizations, including motor carriers, third-party logistics providers, and equipment manufacturers, recognized for their efforts to create a positive workplace for women. CPG’s inclusion reinforces our commitment to gender diversity and opportunity in the transportation industry.

"Being named one of the 'Top Companies for Women to Work in Transportation' by the Women in Trucking Association reaffirms the culture we’re building at ContainerPort Group," said Jackie Csiszar, SVP of Customer Experience. "From our HQ team and terminal staff to our independent contractors on the road, we’re united in creating an environment where every team member feels valued and supported. This recognition reflects our shared commitment to fostering diversity, inclusion, and support for women across the organization."

We’re grateful to be recognized and inspired to continue building a workplace where women can thrive. Looking ahead, we remain focused on supporting a diverse workforce and creating opportunities for all team members to grow, succeed, and contribute.

Thank you to our team members who help make CPG a welcoming and inclusive place to work.
