CPG Named Top 100 For-Hire Carrier for Third Consecutive Year

Company moves up eight spots to 81st overall, up to 9th in intermodal/drayage ranking.

CLEVELAND, Ohio - ContainerPort Group (CPG®) is thrilled to announce it has been ranked on the Transport Topics Top 100 For-Hire Carriers list for the third consecutive year. Previously listed 89th, the company advanced eight spots and is ranked 81st in the 2021 edition of the list.

“We’re excited to be on the list once again,” says CPG Executive VP Joey Palmer. “With all of the challenges that 2020 put in our path, it’s a point of pride for me to see our organization thrive in the face of adversity. Our customers have consistently asked us to continue delivering for them, in new and different ways, and our team has stepped up and made it happen."

In addition to the for-hire ranking, CPG moved up to the 9th spot in the ranking of
Intermodal/Drayage carriers, demonstrating its expertise in drayage solutions. Transport Topics is a news leader in freight transportation.
