ContainerPort Group Ranked 77th on FreightWaves Top 500 List

Accolades continue for ContainerPort Group on heels of record 2021 

CLEVELAND, Ohio - ContainerPort Group (CPG®) continues its strong start to 2022 garnering a position on the first-ever FreightWaves Top 500 For-Hire Carriers list. The list ranks companies based on tractor count, and CPG is listed 77th.

FreightWaves included various trucking modes as part of its ranking. For example, there is no distinction between a flatbed carrier and an intermodal carrier. CPG’s primary offering is intermodal drayage and provides additional services across the nation. CPG utilizes its owner operator assets as well as an extensive network of partner carriers to provide unlimited capacity solutions that can flex with the ebb and flow of customer volume. A focus on growth has led CPG to launch Bristol Transportation, a trucking brand that offers additional capacity for customers. The company also continues to pursue and evaluate compatible acquisition opportunities.
